What customers wrote

Six notes, each attributed and each labelled with the service it refers to. There is no average, no star summary and no ranking, because six notes do not make a measurement.

The diagnostic inspection began with the symptoms written down in the same words I had used on the contact form. The technician explained which checks were included, what the published price covered and when a separate repair estimate would be needed. The written findings made the next decision clear without treating the inspection as approval for additional work.

I asked about a brake inspection after the pedal started feeling different. The reply explained that the visit covered measurement and visible condition, not an automatic repair. At the counter the price and scope were repeated, and the recorded pad and disc measurements were handed back before any next step was discussed.

The battery test was easy to arrange because the form asked for the vehicle and the starting symptom rather than unnecessary details. At the workshop, the charging output and battery reading were explained separately. The no-charge test stayed exactly within the published scope, and no replacement was presented as a foregone conclusion.

The oil-service page stated the starting price and explained why some engines require a different filter or oil grade. The counter confirmed the correct specification before work began. The invoice recorded what was used, and observations outside the oil service were listed without being turned into unapproved work.

The pre-purchase inspection gave me a structured written view of the used vehicle before I made a decision. The workshop explained the road-test limits, visible checks and items that could not be confirmed without dismantling. The report separated observations from recommendations, which made a complicated conversation much easier to follow.

I described the temperature change through the contact form and received a clear explanation of the cooling-system service and its starting price. The pressure test and visible findings were recorded before parts were discussed. When the scope needed to change, the workshop paused for approval and kept the added estimate separate from the original service.

Describe the symptom

A short description of the vehicle and what it is doing is enough to have a service named and a scope written down.

Notices from the workshop

An occasional note when the service board changes. An email address and nothing else.
