Financial coaching
Money clarity session
A ninety-minute first session that puts the whole picture in one place: income, fixed costs, balances owed and the thing that is worrying you most. You leave with a written summary and two agreed next steps.
- Full picture of income, costs and debts
- Written summary within two working days
- Two next steps agreed out loud
Boundary: Coaching only. No financial product is sold, recommended or arranged, and money is never managed on a client's behalf.
Best for: Anyone who has not looked at their whole financial position in a year or more.

Budget reset
Two sessions that rebuild a monthly budget from real statements rather than estimates. Fixed costs are separated from variable ones, and the categories are named by the household, not by an app.
- Three months of statements reviewed
- A budget that can be kept by hand
- Follow-up session after four weeks
Boundary: Work is done from statements the client provides. Bank accounts are never linked and login details are never held.
Best for: Households whose income looks fine on paper but who run short before month end.

Debt planning session
One session that lists every balance, rate and minimum payment in a single order, then models the payoff sequence. The interest maths is written out in full so it can be checked at home.
- Every balance, rate and term listed
- Payoff order with dates and totals
- Written maths that can be re-checked
Boundary: Creditors are not contacted on a client's behalf, and no debt is consolidated, refinanced or negotiated here.
Best for: Anyone carrying more than two balances and unsure which one to clear first.

Cash-flow review
A review of where the money actually goes across a full quarter, including the annual and irregular bills a monthly budget usually misses. Timing problems are separated from spending problems.
- A quarter of transactions categorised
- Irregular and annual bills mapped
- Timing plan for the coming quarter
Boundary: Scope covers personal and sole-trader cash flow. Company accounts, payroll and tax filing sit outside this service.
Best for: People paid irregularly, or running a small business from one account.

Goal roadmap
Three sessions that turn a goal — a deposit, a career break, a replacement car — into a target figure, a date and a weekly amount, then test whether that amount survives an ordinary month.
- Target figure, date and weekly amount
- Stress test against an ordinary month
- Three sessions across six weeks
Boundary: Coaching covers saving behaviour only. No investment, pension or insurance advice is given at any point.
Best for: Anyone with a specific goal and no plan for reaching it by a date.

Quarterly check-in
A half-hour review of the plan already in place: what moved, what drifted, and which two numbers need adjusting before the next quarter starts. Same page, same figures, updated.
- Progress measured against the agreed plan
- Two adjustments agreed and written down
- A short note of what changed
Boundary: This reviews an existing plan. A first full picture needs the money clarity session instead of a check-in.
Best for: Clients keeping an agreed plan on track without booking a full session each time.
