Contact data
The enquiry form requests a name, email address, optional telephone number, service choice and message solely to respond to the enquiry.
Subscription data
The subscription form requests an email address for occasional notes on budgeting and saving. Every message carries an unsubscribe link and the address is never passed to anyone else.
Retention and recipients
Enquiries are kept for two years and session notes for six, after which both are deleted. Email and website hosting are the only outside services that ever see them.
Security and choices
No website can promise absolute security. You can write to the address below at any time to ask what is held about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted.
