Six reviews, printed in full

Each review is shown complete, attributed as it was given, and labelled with the service it refers to. No average is published, because six reviews do not make an average worth anything.

I came in with three pictures from other companies and no idea what I actually needed. The consultation compared the crop, the background and the intended use against the published price basis, without pushing me toward the longer session. I left knowing what to wear and what the sitting would cover.

The photographer listened closely when I explained which features I did not want altered, and that instruction held all the way through. The ninety minutes, the breaks and the price were explained before I committed to anything. It made it easy to judge whether the time was right for the number of pictures involved.

I was comparing the standard headshot session with the executive one and wanted a clear boundary before choosing. The published information matched the conversation, including what the starting price covered. Nothing felt hidden, and nobody pushed me toward time the brief did not need.

The team headshot day was discussed in practical terms: the running order for eighteen people, how long each person would be in the chair, and when the finished set would arrive. The room stayed calm and every step matched what had been described beforehand. I appreciated that the limits were as clear as the possibilities.

I used the contact form with a rough headcount and a deadline and not much else. It asked only for details that helped explain the brief, and the reply separated what was settled from what was still open. The next step was clear without suggesting that a date had already been reserved.

The re-generation session started with what could realistically be changed from the frames already on file and what could not. The studio explained why one of my requests would have meant a fresh sitting, and said so rather than promising it. That honesty made the eventual decision feel considered rather than rushed.

It costs nothing, commits nobody, and ends with a written note of what was discussed.

New work, occasionally

An email when new frames go up on the studio wall or a sitting opens up. No fixed schedule, and one link in every message removes an address from the list.
