What the two forms on this site collect, why, who else sees it, how long it is kept and how to have it removed.

What the contact form collects
The contact form collects a name, an email address, an optional telephone number, the service selected and the message itself. Nothing else is requested and nothing else is required. Account numbers, statements and passwords should never be sent through it.
The message is sent to Ledgerleaf Money Coaching so that it can be answered. It is not used to build an advertising profile and it is not sold.
What the subscribe form collects
The subscribe form collects an email address and nothing else. No name, no telephone number and no postal address is asked for.
An address given to the subscribe form is used to send the occasional money notes email and for nothing else.
Why the information is collected
Contact details are collected in order to answer a question about a service. Subscribe addresses are collected in order to send the updates that were asked for.
Neither form is used to track a visitor across other websites.
Who else receives the information
A message sent from this site passes through the hosting provider that serves these pages and the email service that delivers it. Those two are named in the launch checklist and must be filled in before publication.
No advertising network, analytics service or social platform receives anything submitted through either form.
How long it is kept
Contact messages are kept while the enquiry is open and for a period afterwards that the business sets and states here before publication.
A subscribe address is kept until the subscriber asks for it to be removed.
Security, and its limits
Pages and forms on this site are served over an encrypted connection, and access to received messages is limited to the studio.
No transmission over the internet and no stored record can be guaranteed absolutely secure. That is a limit of the medium, and stating otherwise would be false.
Choices a visitor has
Completing either form is a choice. Nothing on this site is hidden behind an email address.
A subscriber can stop the updates at any time, and doing so does not affect a session already arranged.
Asking for removal
A request to delete a contact message or a subscribe address can be sent by telephone or through the contact form.
The business confirms the removal directly rather than leaving the request unanswered.
Contacting the business about privacy
Privacy questions go to the same address and telephone number as everything else, both of which are on the contact page.
A privacy question can be sent through the contact form or raised using the published telephone number.
