Questions and answers
Eight questions, grouped by what they are about: the sessions themselves, getting in touch, and the practical matters around fees and privacy.
Sessions
About the coaching itself
How should a client choose a session?
Start with the six session descriptions and prices. When two look equally suitable, a short note through the contact form describing the situation is enough for the coordinator to suggest one.
What should a first-time client bring?
Recent bank and card statements, a list of debts with balances and minimum payments, and a rough idea of monthly income help most. A first money session still works from estimates if paperwork is hard to gather.
Is this financial advice?
No. Ledgerleaf Money Coaching provides financial education and coaching on budgeting, debt repayment and saving. It does not recommend investments or insurance, prepare tax returns or give legal advice, and it does not guarantee any financial outcome.
Contact
Getting in touch and what happens next
Can a client ask for a particular coach?
Yes. Name the preferred coach in the contact form; the coordinator confirms that coach’s availability in the reply.
If the question is about a particular situation, it is quicker to ask directly. Send a question instead.
Does the website complete a booking?
No. The website sends a contact request or leads to the configured Book destination; a session time is only held once the studio confirms it in a reply.
How are changes or cancellations handled?
Use the published telephone number or the contact form, ideally at least one working day ahead. The studio confirms any change directly.
Practical
Fees and privacy
Are the published prices the whole fee?
Yes. Each price covers the session or sessions described, including the written notes. No commission is earned from any bank, lender or product provider, and nothing is added at the end.
Where can privacy information be found?
The Privacy page explains what the contact and subscribe forms collect, why it is collected and how to request removal. Financial statements are never requested by email or through this site.
Ask about a session
A short note about the money question and a rough time range is enough to start. Ledgerleaf Money Coaching replies with the session that fits and the times that are actually open.
