Contact data
The enquiry form requests identity, contact, service and project details only so the business can respond.
Subscription data
The subscribe form requests an email address for occasional notes on operations and AI practice. Every message carries an unsubscribe link and the address is never sold or shared.
Purpose and recipients
Details are used to answer the request you sent and nothing else. Website hosting and email are the only outside services that handle them, and no client material is ever used to train a model.
Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted after two years. Findings, notes and recordings from an engagement are returned or destroyed within ninety days of the final review.
Security limitation
No website can promise absolute security. Forms are served over an encrypted connection and access to enquiry records is limited to the people who answer them.
Visitor choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete what is held about you using the contact details below, subject to the records a licensed business is required to keep.
