About the work itself
How should a visitor choose a service?
Start with the service descriptions and the prices. Where two look equally suitable, the first-visit consultation is twenty-five minutes and its fee comes off whatever is booked afterwards.
Are the displayed prices final?
Published prices apply to the stated scope. Where a price begins with “from”, the final figure is confirmed before the appointment begins and never after it.
Can a visitor request a particular practitioner?
Yes. Name the person in the contact form; availability is confirmed separately, and the spa will say plainly when a week does not work.
Is Cedarlight a clinic?
No. Cedarlight is a day spa. It does not diagnose anything, treat any condition or offer a medical or therapeutic service, and a request for one is referred elsewhere.

Getting in touch and what happens next
Does the website complete a booking?
No. The website sends a contact request or directs the visitor to the configured Book destination; it does not confirm an appointment.
How are changes or cancellations handled?
Use the published telephone number or the contact form. A change is confirmed directly, and the spa asks for a day’s notice where an afternoon slot is being given up.

Prices, changes and privacy
What should a first-time visitor expect?
Arriving about fifteen minutes early, changing into a robe, and agreeing pressure, scent and any areas to leave out before the appointment begins. Lockers are provided and nothing needs to be brought.

A question about a service, a price or a preference
The contact form takes a question and sends it to the spa. Book goes to the arrangements page; neither one confirms a time by itself.
