Choosing between the six services
How should a couple choose between the six services?
Start with the scope printed beside each price on the services page. The free planning consultation exists for the cases where two services look equally suitable; it ends with a written recommendation, and being pointed at the cheaper service is a normal outcome.
Are the displayed prices final?
A fixed price applies to the published scope exactly as written. A price shown as “from” depends on guest count, venue and season, and becomes a fixed figure in the written estimate before any work begins or any date is held.
Does the office take more than one wedding on a date?
No. One full-planning or partial-planning wedding is accepted for any given date, and the planner who runs the consultation is the planner who runs the day. A date is never double-booked to fill the diary.

Getting in touch and what happens next
Can a couple ask for a particular planner?
Yes. Name the planner in the message field on the contact form. Availability is confirmed separately, and a request for a named planner is never treated as a booking.
If the question is not here, the contact form reaches the office directly and an answer does not require an appointment. Send a question instead.
Does the website complete a booking?
No. The website sends a contact request or directs the visitor to the configured Book destination. A date is held only when the office confirms it directly and the scope, the supplier list and the fee are agreed in writing.
How are changes or cancellations handled?
Use the published telephone number or the contact form. Every change to an agreed scope is quoted before it is made, and the office confirms any change to a date or a fee directly.

What should a first meeting cover?
Bring the date if there is one, a rough guest count and the working budget, however uncertain. Venue brochures, saved images and a list of the suppliers already approached all help; none of it is copied, and all of it is read before anything is recommended.
