FAQ
Questions worth answering before the first conversation.
Ordering, delivery windows, substitutions and how event quotes are put together.
Before contacting
Ordering, delivery, substitutions and events.
Is an enquiry a confirmed appointment?
No. Send the date and we come back to confirm it, because a busy wedding Saturday or a holiday week can fill before lunchtime.
What information should I send?
The date, the budget, the colours you like and anything to avoid. A photograph of a look you like helps. Never send card or account details.
Are the listed prices final?
No. They are starting prices. What a figure buys changes with the season, and we say so before anything is made.
How is delivery access handled?
Tell us about stairs, buzzers or a reception desk in the enquiry. If nobody is in, flowers are left with a neighbour only when you say so.
Do you substitute flowers?
Yes. We substitute when a flower is poor that week, keeping the colour and the value, and we ring first on anything significant.
Is payment collected here?
No. Nothing is taken through this site. Orders are paid by card over the phone or at the counter.
When do you deliver?
Deliveries run across the city on weekday afternoons. Morning and timed slots are possible for events and are quoted separately.
How do I begin?
Send the date, the budget and the colours from the contact page, and we reply with what is good that week and a price.
