Questions, answered plainly
Eight questions in three groups: choosing a service, getting in touch, and the practical parts of a sitting.
Service
About the work itself
How should a visitor choose a service?
Start with the service descriptions, the prices and the stated turnaround. Contact the studio when two options appear equally suitable.
Does the studio photograph people, or generate them?
Both, in that order. Every set begins with a real sitting photographed in the studio, and the generated frames are built from those photographs and from no other source.
Are the displayed prices final?
Published prices apply to the stated scope. Any “from” price is confirmed in writing before a sitting is held.
How close to the person is a generated frame?
Close enough that the studio is willing to deliver it, and no stronger claim than that. Frames that drift are discarded before delivery, and the studio does not describe any generated likeness as exact.
A question that is not on this page can go straight to the studio. The contact form sends it and books nothing. Send a question instead.
Contact
Getting in touch and what happens next
Does the website complete a booking?
No. The website sends a contact request or directs the visitor to the configured Book destination; it does not confirm a sitting.
How are changes or cancellations handled?
Use the published telephone number or contact form. The studio confirms any change directly.
Practical
Preparation, turnaround and privacy
What should a first-time visitor prepare?
Two or three outfits in plain colours, and a sentence about where the images will be published. The studio works to that use rather than to a general idea of a good photograph.
Where can privacy information be found?
The Privacy page explains what the contact and subscribe forms collect, why it is collected and how to request removal, and what happens to the photographs from a sitting.
A question about a service, a sitting or a price
The contact form takes a question and sends it to the studio. Book goes to the arrangements page; neither one confirms a time by itself.
