Discretion is how the group works. This page explains, plainly, what happens to the information you send us.
Only what you choose to send: your name, email address, phone number, the property you are interested in, and your message when you use the enquiry form, or your email address when you join the private list.
Enquiries are read by the advisors of The Oakmont Group and used to reply to you, arrange showings, and provide the representation you asked about. List addresses receive the occasional note about new residences and the market. Nothing is sold, rented, or shared with other buyers or sellers.
Enquiries are kept for as long as a conversation or engagement is active, and then for the period required by real estate record-keeping rules. You can leave the private list at any time using the link in any letter.
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the standard request information any web browser sends.
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by writing to concierge@oakmontgroup.example or calling (310) 555-0123. We answer within one business day.
Every photograph on this site is a real photograph from Wikimedia Commons, cropped and re-encoded to fit this layout. None of it was generated by an image service.
