Plain English, no surprises — the same way we price our cars.
What we collect
When you send a message through the contact form we receive your name, email address, and anything else you choose to share — a phone number, the car you are interested in, and your message. When you join the newsletter we receive your email address only.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, arrange a test drive you asked for, and — if you subscribed — send the occasional note about new arrivals. We never sell or rent your information.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to help you, and for up to two years afterwards for our records. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe, which you can do from any email.
Who we share it with
Only the services that help us run the dealership, such as our email provider, and — with your permission — a lender if you ask us to arrange financing.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you at any time. Email hello@citydrive.example or call (503) 555-0142.
