When you send an enquiry we receive the name, email address, phone number, vehicle of interest and message you type into the form. When you subscribe to new-arrival emails we receive your email address. We do not ask for payment details, license numbers or credit information through this website.
To reply to your enquiry, arrange a test drive or showroom visit, prepare finance or trade-in figures you ask for, and send the new-arrival emails you signed up for. We do not sell your information or share it for other companies' marketing.
The service providers that host this website and deliver our email. If you ask us to arrange financing, extended coverage or transport, we share only what that lender, provider or carrier needs — and only after you ask.
Enquiries are kept for up to two years so we can follow up on a car you asked about. Subscriber addresses are kept until you unsubscribe, which you can do from any email we send.
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Email sales@apexmotors.example or call (313) 555-0177 and we will respond within 30 days.
