Contact data

The enquiry form requests a name, email address, optional telephone number, service choice, pet type, optional size or life-stage context, optional handling context and a message. Moss & Mutt Market uses those details to understand the request and reply.

Subscription data

The subscription form requests an email address for occasional business updates. Each update includes a way to stop receiving future messages.

Purpose and recipients

Contact information is used for enquiry replies and related service communication. Subscription addresses are used for requested updates. Providers that process forms or email receive only the information needed to perform that work.

Retention

Enquiry information is kept only as long as needed to respond and maintain required business records. Subscription information is retained until the recipient unsubscribes or asks for removal.

Security, access and deletion

No website can promise absolute security. Visitors may contact the business to ask what information is held or to request access, correction or deletion, subject to any records the business must retain.
