There are two parking spaces behind the shop off the Larkin Street alley, and free street parking on the block after 9:00 AM. The shop closes on Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Year's Day. There is no out-of-hours service: a message sent while the shop is shut waits until it opens again, and every message is answered within two working days.
