Where an appointment lands inside its band depends on the coat, the size and the condition it arrives in. The groomer confirms the exact figure at drop-off, with the pet in front of them, and it does not move after that without a phone call.

Two coats that change the price

Curly and wool coats mat close to the skin, where it does not show from the outside. If the comb will not pass, the comb-out is quoted as Matted Coat Release at drop-off before anything starts. -
Clipping a wire coat softens it and fades the color for good. Hand-stripping keeps both, which is why Priya books it by consult first rather than off a price list.
Tuesday and Thursday mornings
Cat grooming
Cats are seen in a separate room, away from dog noise, on Tuesday and Thursday mornings only. Every cat appointment is sedation-free. If a cat says no, the appointment stops there and only the time spent is charged.

An appointment is given as a band, not a minute. The band is the window to arrive in; how long the coat takes decides the rest. Dogs over 70 lb are morning drop-offs.
