Founder and producer
This role shapes the session plan from the reference track and intended result, then keeps the scope clear before the room is prepared. It is responsible for production choices, hand-over expectations and deciding when an engineer-assisted session is the better fit.
Recording engineer
This role prepares signal paths, microphone positions and monitoring before recording begins, then keeps the take sheet and session files ordered. It is responsible for technical continuity in vocal production and for explaining what is included before a session changes direction.
Mix engineer
This role listens through an existing mix on the control-room monitoring, records section-by-section observations and separates technical faults from preference. It is responsible for a useful written hand-over while keeping consultation distinct from an unapproved mix revision.
Session coordinator
This role turns the enquiry into a practical room plan by confirming the participant count, input list, rough hours and delivery format. It is responsible for preparation notes and for making clear whether a podcast setup or live-room-only request matches the published rate.
