The story
01 Founded in the desert
Terra Modern began in 2011 with a single conviction: that a designed home deserves an agent who can read its design. Founder Nadia Ferran was tired of watching landmark mid-century houses listed as three-bed, two-bath commodities, their architecture invisible on the page.
From a storefront on Palm Canyon Drive, the firm grew into a small, senior team representing architecture-forward homes across the Coachella Valley, the Los Angeles hills and the high desert. Today Terra Modern is the brokerage collectors, architects and design-minded buyers call first.
