Client notes describe the service, communication and practical outcome without rating summaries or platform branding.

Annika handled the thirty-minute walk with our reactive shepherd exactly as we had asked, crossing the street early rather than pushing a greeting. The note afterwards said where they went and how he coped with it.

The sixty-minute walk is the right length for a young lab who needs the edge taken off before the evening. Devon confirmed the rate up front and the walker has been the same person every week, which matters to the dog.

Our beagle goes out in a small group of four and comes home tired and settled rather than wound up. We were shown the other dogs in the group before we committed to anything, not after the first booking.

Half-day daycare covered a long hospital appointment at short notice. The room has quiet corners as well as play space, and Owen sent a photo at pickup time without us having to ask for one.

Full-day daycare on the two days we are both in the office. Water bowls, rest breaks and feeding times all matched the notes we handed over at the start, down to the half portion at lunch.

The meet-and-greet was free and unhurried. Hana asked about medication, recall and what our dog is like around bikes before anything was booked, which is more than the last place asked us at all.
