I asked for a classic manicure and Yasmin talked through shape and length before picking up a file. Cuticles were tidied rather than cut back hard, and the polish was still clean a week later. The price quoted at the desk was the price I paid.

Nikki confirmed the gel manicure price, showed me two colors side by side under the lamp and explained how the cure would change the finish. Three weeks in there is no lifting at the edges and no catching on fabric.

Structured gel on my own nails instead of tips was exactly what I wanted and had not managed to get elsewhere. The apex was built evenly across all ten and the balance feels natural rather than thick or heavy.

The pedicure room is bright, the tools came out of a sealed pouch in front of me and the foot file work was thorough without being rough. Booking was easy, the appointment started on time and nothing was rushed at the end.

Camila drew freehand detail on two accent nails from a photo I brought in, and told me honestly which part of the reference would not hold at my nail length. What she did do looks better than the picture I arrived with.

Removal and reset after a set I had done on vacation. Nothing was drilled down to the natural nail in a hurry, and Bree booked the rebalance at the same time so I did not have to call the studio back a week later.
